The FAKRO FGH-V P2 Galeria is a manual venting deck-mounted balcony roof window designed to bring more daylight, fresh air, and usable space into finished attics and upper-level living areas. When opened, the upper sash moves upward while the lower sash tilts forward, creating a balcony-style opening directly within the roof.
The upper sash opens from 0° to 45° and can remain open in the selected position. The lower sash opens forward, while integrated side safety rails slide out automatically to create the balcony space. When the window is closed, the rails are hidden inside the window structure and are not visible from the exterior of the house.

Flashing Information
A compatible Thermo roof flashing kit is included with this balcony roof window. The flashing is selected based on the roof pitch and roofing material to help provide a secure, weather-tight connection between the window and the roof covering.
For low-profile roofing materials, such as asphalt shingles, flat tiles, and slate, a low-profile Thermo flashing is used. For profiled or high-profile roofing materials, such as roof tiles, corrugated roofing, or high-profile metal roofing, a high-profile Thermo flashing is used.

Warranty
FAKRO roof windows and skylights are covered by a 10-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Laminated glass panes are covered by a 20-year hail damage warranty, subject to warranty limitations.
