LET Electric Attic Ladder with Z-Wave Control is an electrically operated scissor-style attic ladder designed for safe and convenient access. The ladder opens and closes automatically and allows length adjustment by adding or removing steps. It includes an insulated white hatch, non-slip steel steps, installation brackets, and factory-installed metal trim.
The ladder is equipped with the ZWMS Z-Wave control module, allowing both wired and wireless operation. It can be controlled using the included ZRHS remote or a wall-mounted switch.
The insulated hatch and triple weather seals help reduce heat loss, while the steel ladder construction provides a 330 lbs load capacity.
