The LXL-I Invisible Trim Kit creates a flush finish around the attic ladder opening without exposed decorative trim. The profiles integrate with the drywall ceiling and are finished with joint tape and compound for a clean appearance.
The kit is compatible with FAKRO LWT attic ladders. The LWT's removable hatch door provides the access needed to install the trim.
Installation requirements:
- Install the trim before installing the ceiling drywall.
- Use 1/2" thick ceiling drywall.
- Cut the profiles to fit the ladder size as needed, following the installation instructions.
