LXM 3 Unloading Mechanism for LTK Attic Ladders

The LXM 3 unloading mechanism assists in folding and unfolding compatible FAKRO LTK three-section wooden attic ladders, making operation easier and more comfortable. Once the mechanism and the included hook are installed, a control rod can be used to open and close the hatch and fold and unfold the ladder from below.

Compatible LTK Attic Ladders

• LTK 25&quot x 54&quot &ndash SKU 869116.
• LTK 30&quot x 54&quot &ndash SKU 869117.

Key Features

• Assists in folding and unfolding the ladder for easier operation.
• Can be installed on either the right or left side of the ladder, opposite the LXH handrail.
• A second LXH handrail cannot be installed together with the LXM 3 mechanism.
• Not compatible with attic ladders requiring a 22-1/2&quot wide rough opening.
