The LXM-M unloading mechanism assists in folding and unfolding the ladder, thereby increasing the comfort and safety of using loft ladders. Once the mechanism and the included hook are installed, the stairs can be fully operated with a rod.

- Available for metal folding attic ladders: LME, LMB, and LMF60 (up to a height of 10'1") in sizes 25"x... and 30"x....
- Not compatible with attic ladders in width 22-1/2" (e.g. 22-1/2" x 47", 22-1/2" x 54").
- Installation of the mechanism is possible on either the right or left side of the ladder, opposite to the mounted LXH handrail.
- Ordering an additional LXH handrail is not recommended, as installing two handrails together with the LXM-M mechanism is not possible.

Important Note
All compatible attic ladders already include one LXH handrail in the standard set.
When using the LXM-M unloading mechanism, the ladder can only be equipped with one handrail.
Ordering an additional LXH handrail is not recommended, as installing two handrails together with the LXM-M mechanism is not possible.
