The FAKRO DXW DW6 Walkable Skylight is a fixed, non-opening walkable skylight for flat roofs. It is designed for roof terraces, rooftop patios, green roofs, and other flat roof areas with pedestrian access. The reinforced structure, anti-slip exterior glass surface, and high load capacity allow the skylight to be walked on while bringing natural daylight into the room below.
The DXW flat roof skylight is suitable for roof pitches from 0° to 15°. It is designed to integrate with the roofing membrane and finished roof surface for a clean, low-profile appearance. Aluminum termination bars are included to help secure the roofing membrane to the skylight frame.
The DW6 glazing unit features a toughened exterior pane and laminated interior pane for increased durability and safety. The insulated multi-chamber PVC frame helps improve thermal performance and reduce heat transfer through the roof opening.

Optional Accessories
Compatible internal accessories include ARF/D blackout blinds, ARF/D Z-Wave blackout blinds, and APF/D pleated blinds. Optional XRD/W installation bases may be used when additional installation height is required. Accessories are sold separately.
Warranty
The DXW skylight is covered by a 5-year limited skylight warranty. Laminated glass panes are covered by a 20-year hail damage warranty, and the glass seal is covered by a 10-year warranty against seal failure, subject to the limitations specified in the product warranty terms.
