LMF 60 Fire-Rated Metal Attic Ladder – High Ceiling

The LMF60 model is a next-generation attic ladder that not only grants convenient access to your unused attic space but also serves as a robust fire barrier. With a fire rating of 60 minutes in accordance with NFPA 288 and ASTM E119-14, this ladder is engineered for both safety and compliance.

Key features:

• Fire-Resistant Door: Built to withstand fire for up to 60 minutes, ensuring maximum safety.
